All products remain The Yellow Peony LLC's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
All transfers conducted through Vasuma are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by The Yellow Peony LLC as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our products to you. The information you provide is only available to The Yellow Peony and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request The Yellow Peony delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the The Yellow Peony, you agree to the above.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Security of this online store
This store uses Stripe for payments, and Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
PURCHASING, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
Item Colors & Descriptions
I try to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions and photos. Colors can vary from screen to screen. If you are unsure of what color to order as whites are very similar, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are interested in a different color than those listed for a particular item, email me for options.
When to order
I recommend not waiting until the last minute to order your headpiece or veil if possible. My items are made to order with care and attention to detail. As a general rule I recommend purchasing your item 2-4 months in advance from the date you need it as shipping times are variable. As soon as you have picked out your dress, you should order accessories.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please choose your item(s) carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. As your item is made to order, I cannot offer refunds or returns and do not offer exchanges. If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping), please email me within 7 days of receipt to discuss: email@example.com.
Turnaround time, shipping rates and methods
My products are handmade and so production time varies depending on the amount of orders waiting to be produced. My general turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, but it may ship sooner. If you need your item sooner, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering to be sure I can fulfill your needs.
I will ship your order using USPS First Class with online tracking, but no insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me before checking out so I can adjust the shipping rate for you. If you would prefer a different shipping company, please email me so I may arrange it for you: email@example.com.
After the turnaround time has passed, you will receive an email confirmation from me notifying you that we have completed and shipped your order. A second email will also be sent at this time with your tracking number. This will be sent to the email address you entered when entering payment information. You may use this tracking number at usps.com unless a different service has been arranged.
What if my package is lost?
After an item leaves my hands, it is at the mercy of the mailing service. Please ensure that you list a secure shipping address. The Yellow Peony LLC cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you are concerned about this, please request to add insurance to your shipping rate before ordering and I will be happy to ship it with insurance.
Based on our experience, please purchase your item an additional month in advance from those recommended above. Once the product has left my hands, shipping may take from 2 weeks to 1 month. Don't wait until the last minute! All packages no matter what shipping method will be subject to customs. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and not The Yellow Peony LLC. We cannot mark our purchased shipments as "gifts" on customs documents.
